About Brelovik

Chatbot analytics done differently

Brelovik has been building group-based analytics infrastructure since 2016 — structured monitoring tools that show what chatbots actually do, not what you hope they do.

Most chatbot teams know when something breaks. Fewer know why it was working in the first place.

Brelovik operates as a collective platform — analysts, engineers, and facilitators working within a shared framework.

Sessions run in structured groups, where participants review each other's data alongside their own.

The platform focuses on three measurable areas: conversation completion rates, drop-off patterns by intent category, and response quality across session types. Each area has defined benchmarks drawn from across our client base.

Group sessions are not workshops in the generic sense. Participants bring live data from their own deployments and work through it with a facilitator and peers facing similar problems. The format surfaces blind spots that solo review consistently misses.

  • Conversation mapping Drop-off points are charted per intent path, not just per session — giving a clearer picture of where users disengage and why.
  • Peer-reviewed analysis Participants examine anonymised data from other deployments in the same group, which consistently surfaces patterns that internal review overlooks.
  • Facilitated interpretation A dedicated facilitator guides each group through the data — not to provide answers, but to structure the questions being asked.

How the platform operates day-to-day

Clients connect their chatbot data sources through a standardised reporting layer. The platform then aggregates key signals — intent recognition accuracy, fallback frequency, session length distribution — into a shared dashboard that group participants access before each session.

The group structure is deliberate. Seeing how a similar deployment handles a recurring problem — say, ambiguous user inputs in a booking flow — is often more instructive than any theoretical framework. Brelovik facilitators keep sessions focused on the data rather than general discussion.
